dietitian near me

Nice to meet you!

I’m Meghan Pendleton, MS, RD. My nutrition journey began as a child with multiple food allergies. As I always had to be aware of what I ate, it was only natural that I became more and more curious about what food can do for the body. Combine that with a passion for health sciences, and becoming a Dietitian was my dream job.

As we see more and more diet-related health issues, nutrition continues to prove to be essential for not just a longer life, but a healthier + happier life. Think about it: we eat everyday, multiple times a day. It makes sense that food has a huge impact across all parts of our lifespan. That’s why I love working with people to create sustainable, healthy habits. Thank you for checking out my website, & I am so excited to work with you!

So if you’re looking for a Dietitian, you may be thinking… why choose me?
Here are my nutrition care philosophies:

Nutrition needs are unique to each individual, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Nutrition impacts both our physical + mental health.
Food should be eaten for enjoyment just as much as health.
Nutrition benefits from an additive, rather than only restrictive, approach.
Many health needs can benefit from a nutrition approach that does not only focus on weight.
Effective health counseling is collaborative, patient-centered, and evidence-based.

If it sounds like we would work well together, are you ready to get started?
