Healthy DIY Salad Dressings 6 Ways
Make sure to bookmark this webpage to save the recipes below for delicious dressings…
Classic Vinaigrette, Rosemary + Honey Vinaigrette, Lemon Vinaigrette, Ginger + Turmeric Vinaigrette, Greek Vinaigrette and Caper Vinaigrette
These recipes will make about a quarter cup of dressing, or enough for about 3-4 salads. Leftover dressing can also be used as marinades for proteins + veggies so you don’t waste any food!
Store dressings for up to 10 days in the fridge. Separation of ingredients is normal (this might appear as layers of liquid). Simply reshake the jar to combine again. But please note that dijon mustard in each recipe is necessary! This acts as an emulsifier, keeping the oil and vinegar combined. If you don’t like dijon or don’t have any on hand, you substitute it with mayo.
